Thread: holding small flat brass parts for surface grinding. Nitro works better than acetone to dissolve CA, but it's still pretty slow. Heat is probably the fastest if your parts can stand it. CA generally melts at a little over 300° F. To grind non-magnetic parts directly on the magnet I like to use a hot glue gun.
