When pressed, they told us to go to Lehi, Utah and visit the Roller Mills Granary where we might be able to buy it. We went and immediately fell in love with the building - it is astonishingly beautiful. Apparently, it is one of the oldest still working granaries in Utah, originally built in 1906.. There's a good story online about its history.

Since then Lehi Roller Mills has been nationally recognized as a historic place. In 1952 we sold a bag of flour to Kentucky Fried Chicken. KFC still buys our flour today.
