With a Harbor Freight grinder around $999 why risk a good mill. Now if you are talking a $399 mini mill drill, that would be different. I would say go for it, its is only a china mini mill. Good American iron, no way. I have used a milling vise on a drill press once, cheap drill press, worked kinda. Can't you find any used surface grinders? Thanks,
